Seeks Asset Management Project Manager to join Funding and Asset Management practice area
Role brings strategy and leadership to projects that extend the life of critical infrastructure, improve operational efficiency, and achieve long-term community goals
Hybrid role based out of Charlotte, North Carolina office

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, data analytics, engineering, or a related field
7+ years of experience in asset management, facility operations, project management, data analysis, or a related field
Strong leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills with the ability to balance competing priorities
Familiarity with asset lifecycle management, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
Knowledge of contracts, budgeting, forecasting
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships
Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Licensed Professional Engineer (a plus, but not required)
IAM Certification (a plus, but not required)
Experience in water/wastewater infrastructure (a plus, but not required)
Knowledge of facility operations, lifecycle management, capital planning, GIS mapping, or hydraulic modeling (a plus, but not required)
