Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, data analytics, engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in asset management, facility operations, project management, data analysis, or a related field
- Strong leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills with the ability to balance competing priorities
- Familiarity with asset lifecycle management, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
- Knowledge of contracts, budgeting, forecasting
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Licensed Professional Engineer (a plus, but not required)
- IAM Certification (a plus, but not required)
- Experience in water/wastewater infrastructure (a plus, but not required)
- Knowledge of facility operations, lifecycle management, capital planning, GIS mapping, or hydraulic modeling (a plus, but not required)
