About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Direct projects by managing and delegating tasks
  • Forecast and proactively address workload, financial performance, resource and staffing needs
  • Collaborate with clients and teammates throughout the organization
  • Oversee client relationships including periodic meetings, proposal and budget development
  • Prepare agreements and oversee the creation and approval of construction plans

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Licensed Professional Engineer, preferred
  • 8+ years of progressive professional experience, including proven independent project management skills on small to mid-size projects
  • Successful completion of Project Management and Supervisor trainings, or demonstrated equivalent experience
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Solid client service and relationship management experience
  • Proficiency with project management tools, budgeting and scheduling
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
