Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience
Licensed Landscape Architect
Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited school, or equivalent experience
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, AutoCAD Civil3D, Geopak, and/or related technical software
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Proficiency in SketchUp or other modeling software
Experience in Microsoft Office applications
Strong understanding of site design, grading, planting, and construction documentation
Ability to translate design concepts into coordinated, buildable plans
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance / quality control standards
Working knowledge of zoning, codes, accessibility, and regulatory requirements
Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams and consultants
Experience tracking tasks, budgets, and schedules with Project Manager oversight
Ability to take initiative, communicate proactively, and contribute to a collaborative team environment
