About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, and support projects focused on stormwater management, watershed planning, drainage design, flood mitigation, and environmental compliance.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance water quality, improve infrastructure resilience, and support sustainable development.
  • Designing stormwater systems, conducting hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, preparing technical reports, and ensuring projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or field of expertise or equivalent experience
  • Licensed Professional Engineer
  • 5+ years of experience in appropriate field of expertise
  • Self-motivated, engaged, and team-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Execute multiple tasks under pressure and prioritize responsibilities
  • Exhibit leadership in planning and/or design concepts and methods and challenge convention
  • Ability to successfully manage all internal aspects of projects/project tasks
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to mentor and lead technical staff
  • Energetic, flexible, confident, and forward thinking
  • AutoCAD/Civil3D, RAS, SWMM, or similar tools experience
