About the role
- Direct projects by managing and delegating tasks
- Forecast and proactively address workload, financial performance, resource and staffing needs
- Oversee client relationships including periodic client meetings
- Prepare agreements and oversee construction plan creation
- Analyze complex technical opportunities and devise solutions
- Lead, coach, and mentor Team Members for achieving goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
- Licensed Professional Engineer, preferred
- 8+ years of progressive professional experience
- Proven independent project management skills
- Successful completion of Project Management and Supervisor trainings, or demonstrated equivalent experience
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Solid client service and relationship management experience
- Proficiency with project management tools, budgeting and scheduling
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
