About the role

  • Responsible for a combination of client relationship development, business growth, and technical project delivery
  • Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies for environmental services
  • Oversee environmental initiatives and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams in designing solutions for remediation systems, pollution control, waste management, and sustainability efforts
  • Conduct comprehensive site assessments and prepare technical reports
  • Execute data analysis and provide guidance on environmental projects and engineered designs
  • Collaborate with clients and governmental authorities to align projects with environmental standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, Geology, Environmental Engineering, or related field
  • Licensed Professional Engineer in North Carolina
  • 15+ years’ experience working in the environmental field
  • Demonstrated experience in the completion of site assessments, remediation, environmental audits, data interpretation, and report writing
  • DEQ contract experience or significant private client experience a plus
  • NC experience preferred
  • Valid Driver's License with the ability to pass an MVR check
  • Preferred: NC Licensed Well Driller Certification
  • Preferred: NC Registered Site Manager
