About the role
- Direct projects by managing and delegating tasks
- Forecasting and proactively addressing workload, financial performance, resource and staffing needs
- Collaborating with clients and teammates throughout the organization
- Overseeing and participating in the cultivation of existing client relationships
- Preparing agreements and overseeing the creation and approval of construction plans
- Analyzing complex technical opportunities and devising solutions
- Leading, coaching, and mentoring Team Members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
- Licensed Professional Engineer, preferred
- 8+ years of progressive professional experience, including proven independent project management skills on small to mid-size projects
- Team coaching abilities
- Successful completion of Project Management and Supervisor trainings, or demonstrated equivalent experience
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Solid client service and relationship management experience
- Proficiency with project management tools, budgeting and scheduling
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
