About the role
- Design intuitive and responsive user journeys for mobile, tablet and desktop
- Create pixel perfect user interfaces and prototypes
- Understand the concept of MVP and ensure our solutions scale to new iterations
- Conduct user research and support with customer development
- Work together with product to finalise the requirements for new features and flows
- Come up with new ideas, concepts and iterations to improve the product
- Contribute to the maintenance, evolution, and expansion of our design system
- Work closely with development by explaining and clarifying functionality when necessary
- Remain up to date with industry trends and new innovations
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience designing web products
- Have a portfolio of projects demonstrating your work
- Strong understanding of UX/UI and the customer’s needs
- Experience in designing user interfaces and prototypes
- Proficiency in modern design tools—advanced knowledge of Figma (required) and strong experience with Adobe Creative Cloud apps, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic asset creation, photo editing, vector work, and promotional materials.
- Leverage AI tools through effective prompt engineering to accelerate ideation
- Happy to put the customer first ahead of personal preferences
- Data & customer driven in your decision making
- Positive can-do attitude to complex problems
