About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Initially, you will dedicate yourself exclusively to MAG University's preparatory course to obtain the professional technical license with SUSEP (Brazilian Private Insurance Regulator);
  • Identify potential clients to approach, using your network to schedule sales meetings and request referrals;
  • Conduct outbound telemarketing to schedule sales interviews;
  • Carry out sales interviews, identify prospects' financial protection needs and offer the solutions best suited to each profile;
  • Manage your client portfolio with a focus on the financial sustainability of your business.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma;
  • Aptitude for sales;
  • Broad personal and professional network (networking);
  • Active presence on social media;
  • Experience as a self-employed professional, freelancer or entrepreneur;
  • Experience with consultative selling and field (external) sales routines.
