About the role
- Initially, you will be dedicated exclusively to MAG University’s preparatory course to obtain the professional technical qualification with SUSEP (Brazilian Private Insurance Regulator).
- Identify potential clients to approach, using your network to schedule sales interviews and to request referrals.
- Conduct outbound telemarketing to schedule sales meetings.
- Conduct sales interviews, identify prospects’ financial protection needs, and offer the most appropriate solutions for each profile.
- Manage your client portfolio with a focus on the financial sustainability of your business.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Aptitude for sales
- Broad social circle (network)
- Active presence on social media
- Experience as an independent professional, freelancer, or entrepreneur
- Experience with consultative selling and field sales routines
