Telehealth Patient Coordinator, Data Entry Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Accurately input and update patient data across registration systems and PDF forms
- Manage virtual waiting rooms, including sending video links and monitoring attendance
- Coordinate patient flow in real-time across multiple platforms during consultations
- Respond to patient inquiries via text and email; make occasional outbound calls if needed
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of patient information to prevent processing delays
- Provide general administrative support and assist with daily operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in data entry, admin support, or healthcare-related roles
- Strong attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive patient data
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace, PDF forms, and basic computer tasks
- Clear and professional written communication skills (English)
- Reliable, responsive, and highly organized during working hours
- Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks simultaneously
- HIPAA training and compliance required
- Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly
- Must have relevant work experience
- Be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding [mandatory]
- Must be available for video meetings with your camera on (when needed)
