Virtual Assistant – Sales & Lead Generation Support

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage dispatch operations using Bambi software
- Coordinate schedules and support daily operational tasks
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Manage and organize email inbox (responding, prioritizing, follow-ups)
- Conduct outbound calls to leads from an existing database (500+ leads)
- Follow up consistently with potential clients
- Nurture leads and support conversion efforts
- Maintain strong communication to move leads through the pipeline
- Post daily content on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Engage with audience (3–5 interactions per platform daily)
- Support brand presence and lead engagement through social channels
- Strong emphasis on lead generation, outbound prospecting, and follow-up
- Consistent outreach and engagement to maximize conversion opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in sales, lead generation, or outbound calling required
- Dispatch or operations experience (Bambi or similar tools) preferred
- Strong Communication Skills
- Confident and clear phone communication
- Professional written communication (email and messaging)
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Proactive in following up with leads
- Results-driven and focused on conversion
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities daily
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Experience posting and engaging on social platforms
- Comfortable managing daily content and interactions
- Ability to learn and use dispatch tools (Bambi preferred)
- Comfortable using CRM systems and communication tools
- Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly
- Must have relevant work experience
- Be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding [mandatory]
- Must be available for video meetings with your camera on (when needed)
- Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
- High-speed connection (minimum 10 Mbps).
- Noise-canceling headset.
- Webcam for virtual meetings.
