About the role

  • Support marketing and patient scheduling operations
  • Build on an existing content library
  • Schedule and publish content across platforms
  • Engage with followers, comments, and messages
  • Repurpose raw video content

  • Answer inbound calls professionally

  • Manage follow-ups during busy patient hours

Requirements

  • Strong social media management and scheduling experience
  • Multi-platform expertise (IG, FB, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
  • Experience with Jane EHR or similar EHR systems
  • Excellent phone communication and customer service skills
  • Video editing and content repurposing (Riverside is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Proactive and self-directed
  • Strong initiative (“go-getter” mindset)
  • Strategic thinker (marketing + patient engagement)
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Adaptable to changing priorities
  • Comfortable working without micromanagement
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proven social media management experience
  • EHR experience (Jane preferred or similar)
  • Strong phone handling and scheduling skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities
  • Video editing/content repurposing skills
  • Highly reliable and organized
  • Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly
  • Must have relevant work experience
  • Be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding [mandatory]
  • Must be available for video meetings with your camera on (when needed)
