About the role
- Support marketing and patient scheduling operations
- Build on an existing content library
- Schedule and publish content across platforms
- Engage with followers, comments, and messages
- Repurpose raw video content
- Cross-post using automation tools
- Answer inbound calls professionally
- Schedule patient appointments
- Manage follow-ups during busy patient hours
- Input clinical notes into an EHR system
- Review notes for accuracy and completeness
- Long-form video editing
- Create short-form video clips for social media
- Superbill generation for insurance reimbursement
- General administrative support as needed
Requirements
- Strong social media management and scheduling experience
- Multi-platform expertise (IG, FB, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Experience with Jane EHR or similar EHR systems
- Excellent phone communication and customer service skills
- Video editing and content repurposing (Riverside is a plus)
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Proactive and self-directed
- Strong initiative (“go-getter” mindset)
- Strategic thinker (marketing + patient engagement)
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Adaptable to changing priorities
- Comfortable working without micromanagement
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven social media management experience
- EHR experience (Jane preferred or similar)
- Strong phone handling and scheduling skills
- Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities
- Video editing/content repurposing skills
- Highly reliable and organized
- Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly
- Must have relevant work experience
- Be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding [mandatory]
- Must be available for video meetings with your camera on (when needed)
