About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create, review and organize commercial proposals;
Develop commercial proposals with strong visual appeal, an engaging narrative, and well-curated information, using graphic elements, layout and storytelling;
Support the sales team and other departments during negotiations;
Onboard clients at the start of the partnership, ensuring a smooth transition to operations;
Organize and track active proposals;
Update commercial information and data;
Prepare presentations and supporting materials;
Work closely with content, marketing and events teams to ensure consistency between the proposal, delivery and brand positioning;
Contribute to the improvement of processes and materials for the sales team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience preparing proposals and interacting with clients;
Experience with design, visual presentation, branding and graphic materials;
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to analyze information;
Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets;
Interest in using AI tools to facilitate analysis, organization and productivity;
And, of course, a passion for the world of wine.
