About the role

  • Execute and monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing routines;
  • Perform bank reconciliations and financial controls;
  • Support monitoring and updating of the cash flow;
  • Support financial operations such as arranging loans and investments;
  • Conduct monthly financial and accounting closings;
  • Generate, organize, and analyze financial reports;
  • Interface with external suppliers and internal departments;
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and support the evolution of financial processes;
  • Support financial planning (budget and forecast) when required;
  • Review expense and travel reimbursements in accordance with internal policies, when required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in finance
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Analytical ability and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Proactive and collaborative profile
  • Experience with financial and accounting closing processes
  • Degree in Accounting (Bachelor's in Accounting or a related field)
  • Nice to have: Experience with ERP systems, preferably Omiexperience; basic treasury knowledge (cash flow, loans, and investments); familiarity with service foreign exchange; experience in fast-paced environments (startup experience is a plus).
