About the role

  • Manage cash flow and short-, medium-, and long-term projections (Cash Flow and P&L – company, projects, and events)
  • Support financial planning (budget, forecast, and revisions) alongside Finance Management and company partners
  • Develop and analyze financial indicators and KPIs
  • Lead monthly financial closings and reporting/distributions to partners
  • Ensure reimbursements are verified in accordance with internal policy
  • Support financial operations (investments, loans)
  • Execute foreign exchange settlements/closings
  • Design and optimize financial and accounting processes
  • Collaborate with business area leaders, advising and supporting matters relevant to Finance/Accounting
  • Develop and review internal finance and accounting policies
  • Provide internal training on finance and accounting processes and policies
  • Review accounting entries with external accounting providers
  • Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and reconciliation routines as needed.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in the finance area
  • Experience with cash flow management
  • Experience with financial routines and accounting interface
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Analytical, proactive, hands-on mindset with an ownership mentality
  • Knowledge of financial operations (credit, investments, foreign exchange)
  • Degree in Accounting
  • Preferred: experience in startups or technology companies
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Omiexperience
