About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review resumes for various positions and determine whether candidates should be interviewed or eliminated
- Conduct 15–30 minute Zoom interviews
- Evaluate candidates' experience, personality, and skillset for each position
- Decide whether candidates should proceed in the process or be eliminated
- Update the ATS daily to keep information current
- Schedule interviews when candidates are available, preferably between noon and 9 p.m. EST
Requirements
What you’ll need- Some financial or wealth management background preferred
- Experience as a Client Service Associate in a financial advisory firm would be great
- HR background would be great but not required
- Ability to decide whether candidates proceed in the hiring process or are eliminated
- Excellent communication skills
- Personable while maintaining objective distance and a critical eye for interviewing
- Organized and detail oriented
- Must have a computer with video capability
- Must be able to conduct interviews in a quiet space
- Must be available for scheduled interviews
- Approximately 15–20 hours per week anticipated, depending on scheduled interviews
