Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in client meetings with the plan to take over client relationships over time
Collaborate with internal teams, such as compliance, investment operations, and client service, to ensure all client-related activities are executed efficiently and in line with company standards
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients
Understand clients' financial goals and preferences
Review and execute on financial planning tasks after client meetings
Stay informed on financial market trends and regulatory changes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 3 years of experience in an advisory role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both internally and client-facing
Warm communication with clients
Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn quickly
Organized and detail-oriented
Problem solving and independent worker – we do not micromanage
CFP or ChFC preferred
