About the role
- Represent Window World of Fargo professionally at home shows, festivals, and community events
- Engage attendees in friendly conversations about their bathroom remodeling goals
- Schedule free in-home design consultations using our proven appointment-setting process
- Follow our communication scripts and lead capture systems
- Assist with booth setup and teardown before and after each event
Requirements
- A great personality — you genuinely enjoy connecting with people
- Weekend availability (most events run Friday–Sunday)
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (local travel required)
- Ability to lift 20–30 lbs for event setup
- 4+ years of experience in sales, event marketing, or customer engagement
