About the role

  • Develop and continuously optimize our digital learning platform with a strong focus on customers and partners
  • Define the product vision and roadmap for our E‑Academy
  • Independently launch the product during its initial phase
  • Drive further development using agile methods
  • Gather and prioritize requirements from diverse stakeholders, own the backlog, and ensure successful implementation
  • Foster a user-centered mindset and create flexible, interactive, multilingual, and device-independent e-learning offerings
  • Monitor market trends, technological developments, and new educational concepts
  • Contribute relevant ideas and initiatives to the E‑Academy
  • Measure success using meaningful metrics and reports, and derive targeted optimizations
  • Coordinate collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Degree in Education, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Initial experience as a (certified) Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally in e‑learning, digital platforms, or B2B solutions
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and modern Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Didactic expertise in designing and implementing digital learning offerings
  • Understanding of sustainable and audience-appropriate learning processes
  • Creativity, innovative spirit, strong execution skills, and a pronounced user-centered mindset
  • High degree of personal responsibility, strong teamwork, communication, and presentation skills
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
