About the role

  • Maintain relationships with our existing dealers and inspire them about our hardware products and complementary digital software solutions
  • Actively acquire new dealers and end customers and provide application-specific consulting to prospects
  • Confidently drive your sales activities to clear outcomes and closings
  • Support customers during first deployment of our systems, including initial user training
  • Relay customer feedback to internal contacts to ensure quick response and product development
  • Conduct product presentations at events or trade fairs

Requirements

  • You have experience in active sales as well as in dealing with dealers and end customers and demonstrate a strong service orientation
  • Vocational training or a degree in an agricultural or technical field is an advantage
  • You are familiar with the structure of the agricultural machinery trade and know suppliers of seed, crop protection, and fertilizer products
  • For application-specific consulting you should have knowledge of farming work cycles, the equipment used, and agronomy
  • In addition, you have an independent, structured working style and good skills in common office software
