About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You are the primary NON‑LIFE contact for Independent and Small Business clients
You develop the portfolio in Brussels and the surrounding areas by enhancing clients' coverages (Inside Sales)
You welcome clients at the office and by phone with a high level of professionalism
You record the necessary client changes in our various management systems
You liaise with different insurance companies and prepare quotations as well as the implementation of contracts
You are an enthusiastic ambassador for Wilink's strategy, mission and values

Requirements

What you’ll need

You hold a Bachelor's degree in Insurance, a broker diploma (IFAPME), or equivalent experience
You have at least 2 years of proven experience in P&C (IARD) broking
You have commercial acumen to identify needs, recommend the best products and close sales
You hold FSMA certifications: PCP Assurances, Anti‑Money Laundering, Twin Peaks/MiFID (up to date)
You are proficient in BRIO software (or committed to reach the required level within 6 months of joining)
You are fluent in French, both spoken and written, with polished communication skills
You are comfortable communicating in Dutch
Knowledge of English or other foreign languages is an asset
You demonstrate empathy to understand clients' needs and present appropriate solutions
You are autonomous and proactive, and eager to join a dynamic, motivated team
You are rigorous, organized and able to manage priorities
