About the role

  • You are the first NON-LIFE point of contact for Private clients, Self-Employed individuals and Small Businesses
  • You grow the portfolio in Brussels and the surrounding area by improving clients' coverage (Inside Sales)
  • You welcome clients at the agency and by phone, always demonstrating a high level of professionalism
  • You record the necessary changes concerning our clients in our various management systems
  • You liaise with different insurance companies and prepare quotes as well as implement contracts
  • You are an enthusiastic ambassador for Wilink’s strategy, mission and values in the Namur/Hainaut area

Requirements

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in insurance or a broker diploma (IFAPME) or possess equivalent experience
  • You have at least 2 years of proven experience in P&C (IARD) brokerage
  • You have a commercial flair that enables you to identify needs, propose the best products and close sales
  • You hold FSMA certifications: Insurance PCP, Anti-Money Laundering, Twin Peaks/MiFID (refresher training up to date)
  • You are proficient in BRIO software (or commit to reach the required level within 6 months of your start date)
  • You have an excellent command of French, both written and spoken, and your communication is impeccably presented
  • You communicate comfortably in Dutch
  • Knowledge of English or any other foreign language is an asset
  • You demonstrate empathy to understand clients' needs and present appropriate solutions
  • You are autonomous and proactive, and eager to integrate into a dynamic, motivated team
  • You are rigorous, organized and able to manage priorities
