About the role
- You manage the complete financial accounting — from accounts payable and accounts receivable through bank transactions to monthly and annual financial statements
- You further develop our controlling function — including reporting, forecasts and business performance analyses
- You establish new financial processes, refine existing ones and bring clarity to numbers, workflows and systems
- You work closely with internal departments, external tax advisors and management
- You actively shape our work — from system selection and process definition to operational implementation
Requirements
- Completed training as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellter), certified accounting specialist/balance sheet accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter), a commercial apprenticeship with further training in accounting, or a degree with a focus on finance/controlling
- Several years of professional experience in financial accounting — ideally complemented by controlling know-how
- Confident user of DATEV — ideally with experience in DATEV Unternehmen online or DATEV Auftragswesen, and motivated to further develop our digital processes
- Highly organized, able to work independently and maintain oversight even on complex tasks
- You take responsibility, seek dialogue and drive topics forward together with the team
