About the role
- Management of corporate travel (quotes, bookings, changes, and employee support)
- Control of the travel budget and monitoring of costs, ensuring adherence to financial planning
- Operational service provider contracts: drafting, issuing, organizing, tracking, reviewing, and verifying contract-related documentation
- Maintaining and controlling administrative spreadsheets and reports
- Interface with different areas of the company, especially the operations team
- Direct support to HR Management on various administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Sense of prioritization and urgency
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with different hierarchical levels
