Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end delivery of global Endless Surf projects
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and controls to drive design coordination and technical documentation to ensure constructability, sequencing, design compliance, and alignment with overall project schedules
Manage construction execution, procurement, commissioning, and operational launch
Act as the primary interface between Endless Surf, developers, consultants, and contractors
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, on budget, and operationally ready on Day 1
Help establish scalable project delivery systems, governance, and reporting standards as the company grows internationally

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years leading complex commercial construction or infrastructure projects
Strong experience managing multidisciplinary systems integration and project delivery
Post-secondary education in engineering (civil, structural, industrial, mechanical and/or electrical), construction management, or related field
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
Formally trained in PMP or equivalent project management principles
Strong commercial acumen, including contract execution, cost control, and cash flow management
Proficiency in project tools (MS Project, Excel, SharePoint; ERP experience an asset)
Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
International travel required (up to ~40%)
