About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the end-to-end delivery of site-based projects
Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets and resources
Coordinate contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and statutory requirements
Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions where required
Prepare project reports and communicate progress to key stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement and project execution excellence
Work closely with site operational teams, contractors, engineering disciplines and key stakeholders
Manage the planning, execution and delivery of a portfolio of capital and operational projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous relevant mining industry experience
Demonstrated experience managing construction, infrastructure, maintenance, or capital projects within a mining environment
Strong stakeholder engagement and contractor management skills
Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities
Proven ability to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget
Strong communication and leadership capabilities
Formal qualifications in Engineering is required
Project Management qualifications and/or relevant industry certifications will be considered favourably
Must have the right to work in Australia
