About the role
- Develop web and mobile applications connected to the AI engine.
- Design and maintain scalable back-end APIs and services.
- Integrate internal and external systems (CRM, ERPs, payment gateways, authentication, automation, etc.).
- Model, train, and evolve AI agents and components (LLMs, embeddings, classification, and recommendation).
- Orchestrate data pipelines and multiple intelligent agents to provide feedback to models.
- Manage versioning, governance, and monitoring of models in production (MLOps).
- Collaborate directly with Product, UX, and Growth to design conversational journeys and intelligent flows.
- Participate in agile rituals; document code, APIs, and architectural decisions.
- Advocate technical solutions and support strategic technology decisions.
- Hands-on role with technical leadership responsibilities (no people management).
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Full Stack engineer, with strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Experience with REST APIs, authentication (JWT, Auth0), and cloud services.
- Practical experience with product-applied AI, including orchestration of agents and automation (e.g., n8n/Make) and/or BaaS (e.g., Supabase).
- Collaborative mindset, with experience mentoring and making technical decisions.
