About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Be proactive team member, take part in full creative process - from ideation and briefing to production, animation, editing, and final delivery.
  • Use generative AI tools to accelerate production, enhance quality, support creative innovation and build creative pipelines.
  • Produce high-performing 2D and 3D videos, including animations, video editing, and visual optimization for multi-channel campaigns.
  • Create social video content tailored for all marketing channels and formats.
  • Collaborate with UA, Growth, and external partners to scale creative output and performance.
  • Edit, animate, and optimize assets to maximize engagement and acquisition results across platforms.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Highly creative thinker with the ability to develop strong, performance-driven video concepts.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (PS, AI, AE) and major AE plugins.
  • Experience with 3D tools (Blender/C4D/Maya)- an advantage.
  • A strong understanding of Gen AI tools and an ability to create creative workflows and pipelines with AI
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in gaming, creative management, Unity, or UA metrics.
