About the role
- Take ownership of monetization and economy KPIs, tracking performance and identifying trends.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that monitor player behavior, engagement, and spending.
- Provide clear, actionable insights to support product and economy design decisions.
- Analyze and balance feature and reward flows to ensure a healthy in-game economy.
- Partner with monetization, economy, and data teams to drive data-informed improvements.
- Work both independently and collaboratively to solve analytical challenges and communicate findings effectively.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a data or business analyst (experience in gaming or consumer apps is a plus).
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
- Solid understanding of business metrics and player-centric KPIs (e.g., retention, ARPU, conversion).
- Proficiency in Tableau or similar BI tools for data visualization and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong communicator with the ability to turn data into clear insights and collaborate across teams.
