About the role
- Plan, install and configure IT systems for customers
- Commission and customize hardware and software
- Gain insight into setting up and managing networks
- Perform troubleshooting and resolve issues
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Work closely with experienced colleagues and participate in projects
Requirements
- Completed secondary qualification or upper secondary certificate (e.g., Mittlere Reife, Abitur/Fachabitur)
- Good mathematical and technical understanding
- Passion for computers, networks and IT technologies
- Enjoy developing solutions to technical problems
- Enjoy working in a team and communicate openly and friendly
- Self-motivated, reliable and willing to learn new things
