About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive origination and structuring of complex, integrated treasury solutions supporting revenue growth and client success
  • Partner with wholesale working capital product organizations and relevant consumer products to build integrated solution structures
  • Work with sales and banking teams to identify client needs requiring new or enhanced solutions
  • Originate and shape opportunities with top-tier clients
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, influencing treasury strategy and solution adoption
  • Influence the evolution of treasury offerings based on client demand and market trends
  • Structure solutions combining existing capabilities and identify gaps requiring new capabilities
  • Educate sales teams, bankers, and clients on advanced solution constructs and emerging capabilities
  • Support positioning and client adoption of digital asset, programmable treasury, tokenized deposit, tokenized collateral, programmable payment, liquidity, and custody solutions
  • Translate emerging capabilities into practical, revenue-generating client solutions
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive activity
  • Position Wells Fargo as a leader in modern treasury solutioning

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • 4+ years of management or leadership experience
  • Experience structuring complex, multi-product solutions using digital assets
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field is desired
  • MBA preferred
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) is a plus
  • Proven success in sales leadership or client-facing advisory roles in treasury or financial services
  • Strong understanding of treasury products, including cash, liquidity, trade, payments, and risk management
  • Ability to influence clients and internal product direction
  • Experience structuring complex, multi-product solutions
  • Strong communication and executive presence with clients
  • Strategic mindset and ability to translate innovation into commercial outcomes
  • Ability to operate across highly matrixed organizations and drive alignment
