About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in the 2-year Technology Analyst Program
- Complete corporate immersion, division and function-specific training, mentoring, professional development, networking, community service, and program projects
- Design, develop, test, ready, and integrate applications
- Develop enhancements, resolve bugs, and create new applications
- Support application integration and data integrity using ancillary technologies
- Create and support reusable frameworks, data warehouses, and analytics environments
- Contribute to data integration by developing data models, maintaining warehouses and analytics environments, and writing scripts
- Build and maintain data pipelines
- Support the technical evolution of services in partnership with enterprise architecture, product management, and partner teams
- Work in Agile Scrum or Kanban settings
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ months of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Successful completion of the 2026 Technology Internship Program
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or another Technology STEM-related major
- Expected graduation date between December 2026 and June/July 2027
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize work, take personal accountability, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure
- Initiative, curiosity, and genuine interest in learning and growth
- Extracurricular enrichment involvement through volunteerism, student organizations, study abroad, leadership, or nonprofit activities
- Solutions-oriented approach to challenges
- Knowledge or experience with Java, cloud technology, .NET, Python, SQL, or related technical skills
- Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and API development
- Experience with software development shipping cycles, including Development, Deploy, Release, CI, and CD
- Experience leveraging AI, including Generative and/or Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and data labeling
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, including articulating challenges and recommending solutions
- Must be presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States without requiring current or future Wells Fargo visa sponsorship
- Must work onsite at one of the required San Francisco Bay Area locations in a hybrid schedule
