About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in the 2-year Wells Fargo Technology Analyst Program
- Complete corporate immersion, role-specific training, professional development, networking, community service, and program projects
- Work as a Software Engineer, Cybersecurity, or Chief Data Office analyst
- Design, develop, test, integrate, maintain, and support applications, security solutions, data tooling, pipelines, models, warehouses, and analytics environments
- Resolve application and security issues and provide issue-resolution recommendations
- Develop data models, scripts, reusable frameworks, data pipelines, and data integration solutions
- Analyze, clean, transform, validate, and visualize large datasets
- Apply statistical, machine learning, and AI techniques to support decision-making and process automation
- Collaborate with architecture, product management, engineering, analytics, finance, and other cross-functional teams
- Work in Agile Scrum/Kanban environments
- Establish and maintain data governance, quality, compliance, standards, and companywide best practices
- Support the technical evolution and integration of Wells Fargo technology services
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ months of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or another Technology STEM-related major, with expected graduation between December 2026 and June/July 2027
- Successful completion of the 2026 Technology Internship Program desired
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize work, take personal accountability, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic, complex environment
- Initiative, curiosity, and genuine interest in learning and growth
- Extracurricular enrichment through volunteerism, student organizations, study abroad, leadership positions, or nonprofit involvement
- Demonstrated knowledge or experience with Java, cloud technology, .NET, Python, SQL, or related technical skills
- Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and API development
- Experience with software development shipping cycles, including Development, Deploy, Release, CI, and CD
- Experience leveraging generative or agentic AI and related tools and concepts such as prompt engineering and data labeling
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, including articulating challenges and recommending solutions
- Must be presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and must not require current or future Wells Fargo visa sponsorship
- Must work onsite at one of the required locations in a hybrid schedule
