About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a trusted Business Execution advisor to Payments leadership, partnering with Human Resources and Finance to drive the day-to-day operating rhythm and execution against strategic priorities
  • Lead core management routines, including staff meetings and key leadership forums, with clear agendas, decision frameworks, follow-ups, and accountability mechanisms
  • Develop leadership materials, Business Unit Review content, performance reporting, and executive presentations
  • Track and manage key initiatives, providing visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and milestones
  • Foster cross-functional and enterprise alignment by connecting strategy to execution and coordinating delivery
  • Partner with Business Enablement teams on governance and change management processes
  • Support executive communications and stakeholder management by translating complex concepts into clear messaging
  • Direct cross-functional teams to align priorities, coordinate delivery, and drive measurable outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • 7+ years of experience leading end-to-end digital product management initiatives
  • Experience delivering complex, high-impact initiatives from concept through execution
  • Hands-on experience operating in Agile environments and partnering with engineering teams
  • Experience defining user stories, managing sprint cycles, and delivering products on time
  • Experience within a financial institution, data aggregator, fintech organization, or consulting firm supporting financial services
  • Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience navigating complex technology ecosystems and delivering integrated customer experiences
  • Strong coordination and time management skills
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to define product priorities and outcome-driven roadmaps
  • Relationship-building and stakeholder influence capabilities
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management frameworks
  • Up to 15% travel
  • Must be able to work in the required U.S. locations
