About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to the build out of financial models and support financial analysis
- Conduct company and industry research
- Prepare client materials and pitch presentations
- Participate in diligence sessions, client meetings, and internal discussions
- Collaborate with senior bankers across sectors and geographies
- Support the development of junior team members
- Support live transactions and client delivery within an assigned product or industry coverage group
- Receive ongoing coaching, mentorship, and feedback throughout the two-year program
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ months of Investment Banking Program experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Bachelor's degree with expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027
- Successful completion of the 2026 Investment Banking Analyst Program (CA)
- Strong academic achievement
- Demonstrated interest in finance and financial markets
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proven ability to take on significant responsibility
- Relevant internship experience
- Ability to work effectively independently and in teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Must be presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and not require current or future Wells Fargo visa sponsorship
- Must successfully complete and pass a FINRA background check prior to hire
- Must meet ongoing FINRA regulatory obligations, including periodic screening and mandatory reporting
- Must adhere to Wells Fargo risk, compliance, and policy requirements
