Develop the test strategy
Analyze, evaluate and challenge user requirements and User Stories
Prepare all test deliverables, including test plans, test cases/scenarios and data sets
Execute test campaigns
Conduct root cause analysis and system investigations, including log analysis and database queries
Manage defects and regression testing
Collaborate with the development team to investigate detected issues and propose corrective actions
Monitor functional and technical innovations within your scope

Requirements

Master’s degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in engineering, computer science or business
Autonomous in test design and in running test campaigns
Experience with multiple test management/reference tools
Interest in and aptitude for IT department project environments
Knowledge of complex systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)
IT knowledge (APIs, SQL, etc.)
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Postman
Organized in managing your work
Analytical mindset and proactive in proposing solutions to problems
Strong client commitment and customer relationship skills
Committed, able to present and defend your ideas and convictions
Initiative-taking and a team player
Good spoken and written communication skills in French and English
