About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement paid social media strategies for clients in close collaboration with the team.
  • Plan, manage and optimize paid (and organic) social media campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Lead and coach the social media team, including task allocation and fostering individual strengths.
  • Create and analyze performance reports and derive actions for optimization.
  • Communicate with clients and present results, strategies and new ideas.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitors to develop innovative approaches and campaigns.
  • Ensure quality control of the team’s deliverables and adherence to deadlines.
  • Hands-on content production and publishing (text, image, video) in collaboration with designers and copywriters.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in paid social media marketing and a strong enthusiasm for the field.
  • Solid knowledge of common social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest) including their algorithms and advertising capabilities.
  • Experience planning, managing and optimizing paid and organic campaigns, including KPI analysis and deriving measures.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, applicable within the team and in client interactions.
  • Creativity and a willingness to innovate when developing content and campaign ideas.
  • Technical familiarity with tools and software, e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads Manager, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar.
  • Languages: German (C2) and English (business fluent).
