About the role
- Design, optimization and implementation of HR processes from onboarding to offboarding
- Independently support employees and managers
- Drafting and managing employment contracts and HR-related correspondence
- Supporting change processes and participating in working groups
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree with a focus on Human Resources or equivalent further qualification
- Some experience in operational and strategic HR management
- Good knowledge of employment law, payroll tax and social security law
- Strong service orientation and advisory skills
- Confident user of MS Office and ideally experience with SAP
