About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions aligned with industry best practices.
Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solution recommendations.
Configure and support SAP S/4HANA P2P processes, including procurement, purchasing, inventory management, invoice verification, and integration with related modules.
Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams during developments, integrations, and testing.
Support data migration, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover, and go-live activities.
Provide functional leadership throughout project delivery while mentoring junior consultants when required.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
Support presales activities by contributing to solution design, estimations, and client presentations when needed.
Stay current with SAP S/4HANA innovations and best practices to continuously enhance solution delivery.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5+ years of SAP P2P/MM consulting experience.
Mandatory hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience, including participation in at least two (2) full-cycle end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects as a P2P/MM Consultant.
Strong functional expertise in SAP Procure-to-Pay processes, including Purchasing, Procurement, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, and related MM functionality.
Experience leading client workshops, business process design, fit-gap analysis, and solution configuration.
Strong understanding of integration with Finance (FI), Warehouse Management (EWM), Sales & Distribution (SD), and other related SAP modules.
Experience supporting all project phases, including blueprint/design, build, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience preparing functional specifications and working closely with ABAP and integration teams.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Willingness to travel around 40% to 50% of the time.
Valid B1 Business Visa for travel to the USA.
