About the role

  • Lead end-to-end **S/4HANA SD/MM** delivery—from discovery and design through go-live and hypercare
  • Design **fit-to-standard, clean-core solutions** with only high-value, business-driven extensions
  • Run focused workshops that drive clear decisions, scope alignment, and a prioritized backlog
  • Advise business and IT stakeholders across Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, Inventory, and Finance
  • Ensure strong **SD/MM–Finance integration** and end-to-end process integrity
  • Drive testing strategy, cutover readiness, and go-live continuity
  • Support adoption and change enablement to ensure business value realization
  • Contribute to **presales activities** (solution shaping, demos, proposals) as needed
  • Mentor junior consultants while maintaining high delivery standards

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on **SAP SD/MM** implementation experience
  • Proven track record of **3+ full lifecycle implementations** (S/4HANA preferred)
  • Strong functional expertise with a **value-first, practical delivery approach**
  • Ability to clearly articulate trade-offs and guide stakeholders toward timely decisions
  • Comfortable operating in a **high-ownership, client-facing contract role**
  • Experience working in consulting environments (preferred)
  • **SAP S/4HANA SD/MM certification** is a plus
