About the role

  • Support project initiation activities, including reviewing sales handover documentation, preparing project creation forms, and assisting with project planning and budgeting.
  • Set up and maintain project tools, folders, and documentation repositories (SharePoint, Teams, Signavio, Smartsheet, Hub Planner).
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, including organization charts, onboarding materials, and reporting templates.
  • Coordinate team onboarding activities, ensuring new members receive system access, client credentials, documentation, and are added to project meetings and communication channels.
  • Maintain and update stakeholder lists, availability matrices, and resource tracking to support effective team coordination.
  • Support the preparation of weekly status reports and monthly internal reports, ensuring project information is accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with project financial and administrative tracking, including budget updates, PSP codes, timesheets, billing support, and travel planning.
  • Facilitate internal project communication and coordination with team members and stakeholders while ensuring project documentation and quality standards are maintained.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional experience as a Project Manager
  • Previous experience working on SAP-related projects (a plus)
  • Experience in the logistics or supply chain area (warehousing, transportation)
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies
  • Demonstrated use of AI to streamline processes, reduce time, and improve quality of work
  • Highly effective oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate at all levels and with different stakeholders
  • Ability to collaborate with global teams
