About the role
- Support project initiation activities, including reviewing sales handover documentation, preparing project creation forms, and assisting with project planning and budgeting.
- Set up and maintain project tools, folders, and documentation repositories (SharePoint, Teams, Signavio, Smartsheet, Hub Planner).
- Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, including organization charts, onboarding materials, and reporting templates.
- Coordinate team onboarding activities, ensuring new members receive system access, client credentials, documentation, and are added to project meetings and communication channels.
- Maintain and update stakeholder lists, availability matrices, and resource tracking to support effective team coordination.
- Support the preparation of weekly status reports and monthly internal reports, ensuring project information is accurate and up to date.
- Assist with project financial and administrative tracking, including budget updates, PSP codes, timesheets, billing support, and travel planning.
- Facilitate internal project communication and coordination with team members and stakeholders while ensuring project documentation and quality standards are maintained.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience as a Project Manager
- Previous experience working on SAP-related projects (a plus)
- Experience in the logistics or supply chain area (warehousing, transportation)
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
- Demonstrated use of AI to streamline processes, reduce time, and improve quality of work
- Highly effective oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate at all levels and with different stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate with global teams
