About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform a wide range of physical labor tasks in support of workers on the construction or sand depot sites.
Ability to work in safety sensitive construction zones and operator of heavy equipment including excavators.
Strong knowledge of construction equipment and techniques.
Must have a collaborative attitude and willingness to perform any work that is required.
Safely operates hand backfill tools/equipment.
Understanding of how to read blueprints and construction plans.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficient in excavator machinery and a variety of other heavy machinery
Must have at least 2 years of heavy equipment operating experience
Must have general construction experience, heavy civil experience is preferred
Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid divers license
Knowledge and use of hand and power tools
