Assist Application Development Team in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, unit testing, and implementation of EnterpriseEngage software.
Work closely with Guidewire Development Team using Guidewire Jutro/React framework.
Collaborate with business partners, troubleshoot application issues, and occasionally interact with external vendors.
Participate in work refinement and estimation with product team; prepare and execute unit testing.
Work with product and change control teams to ensure quality deliveries; create and maintain documentation.
Ensure timely delivery of projects and communicate delays and roadblocks.
Solicit and perform code reviews; prepare technical specifications, flow charts, and data flow diagrams.
Participate in troubleshooting, resolution, and communication of urgent production issues; identify automation opportunities.
Perform special projects and flex to noncore responsibilities as needed.

Highly effective at using required computer languages, code versioning, and deployment software and tools at an advanced level.
Broad exposure to and fundamental knowledge of multiple technology stacks and frameworks.
Proactive mentorship skills.
Relevant education and training; experience in lieu of education acceptable.
Guidewire Digital Specialist or ACE certification preferred or seven years of hands-on Guidewire development experience.
Understanding or experience with REST/SOAP web services.
Experience with version control (Git) preferred.
Experience with issue-tracking software such as Jira or Rally.
Experience with DevOps and/or CI tools (e.g., TeamCity).
Experience with SQL preferred.
Experience with logging and alerting frameworks preferred.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
