About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide high-level executive support
Manage complex diaries, correspondence, meeting coordination, agendas, minutes and follow-up actions to support portfolio priorities.
Coordinate meetings, projects and reporting
Support portfolio initiatives through documentation preparation, tracking actions, maintaining project records and assisting with presentations.
Support recruitment and workforce processes
Coordinate recruitment activities via PeopleHub, organise interview logistics, and assist onboarding and workforce documentation processes.
Coordinate Directorate and site-based activities
Assist with events, recognition initiatives, workshops, travel arrangements and office coordination across sites.
Provide proactive coordination support across the Directorate
Assist with managing competing priorities, maintaining workflows and supporting the effective delivery of portfolio activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience providing executive or senior administrative support in a complex organisation
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to anticipate needs and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders
Advanced capability using Microsoft 365, SharePoint and virtual meeting platforms
A collaborative approach and commitment to supporting high-quality healthcare delivery
