About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide high-level executive support
  • Manage complex diaries, correspondence, meeting coordination, agendas, minutes and follow-up actions to support portfolio priorities.
  • Coordinate meetings, projects and reporting
  • Support portfolio initiatives through documentation preparation, tracking actions, maintaining project records and assisting with presentations.
  • Support recruitment and workforce processes
  • Coordinate recruitment activities via PeopleHub, organise interview logistics, and assist onboarding and workforce documentation processes.
  • Coordinate Directorate and site-based activities
  • Assist with events, recognition initiatives, workshops, travel arrangements and office coordination across sites.
  • Provide proactive coordination support across the Directorate
  • Assist with managing competing priorities, maintaining workflows and supporting the effective delivery of portfolio activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience providing executive or senior administrative support in a complex organisation
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to anticipate needs and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders
  • Advanced capability using Microsoft 365, SharePoint and virtual meeting platforms
  • A collaborative approach and commitment to supporting high-quality healthcare delivery
