Personal Assistant – Directors of Nursing & Midwifery

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide high-level executive support
- Manage complex diaries, correspondence, meeting coordination, agendas, minutes and follow-up actions to support portfolio priorities.
- Coordinate meetings, projects and reporting
- Support portfolio initiatives through documentation preparation, tracking actions, maintaining project records and assisting with presentations.
- Support recruitment and workforce processes
- Coordinate recruitment activities via PeopleHub, organise interview logistics, and assist onboarding and workforce documentation processes.
- Coordinate Directorate and site-based activities
- Assist with events, recognition initiatives, workshops, travel arrangements and office coordination across sites.
- Provide proactive coordination support across the Directorate
- Assist with managing competing priorities, maintaining workflows and supporting the effective delivery of portfolio activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience providing executive or senior administrative support in a complex organisation
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to anticipate needs and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders
- Advanced capability using Microsoft 365, SharePoint and virtual meeting platforms
- A collaborative approach and commitment to supporting high-quality healthcare delivery
