About the role
- Several years of experience in the conception, design and production of book and print products
- Development and strengthening of product categories within central procurement
- Material selection, printing, paper, finishing and post-processing
- Making decisions that balance cost-effectiveness and marketability
- Close collaboration with internal specialist departments and printing partners
- Responsibility for data, process and purchasing management

Requirements
- Completed vocational training in graphic design or printing technology
- Professional experience in book or print production, ideally in a publishing house
- Proficient with common Office applications (e.g., MS Office)
- Commercial understanding and strong negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented and structured way of working
