About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take responsibility for quality assurance within projects and ensure compliance with defined quality standards and test processes.
- Plan, design and execute manual and automated tests to ensure software quality across all development phases.
- Analyze requirements and derive appropriate test cases.
- Perform functional, integration, system and regression tests.
- Support defect management and the acceptance of software solutions.
- Maintain and further develop test strategies and assess risks in the development process.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A completed degree in computer science or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
- Several years of experience as a software tester in the field of test automation with tools such as Playwright, Selenium or Cypress.
- Experience in test design, with test management tools, bug tracking, and the creation of test concepts and test documentation.
- Experience in API testing (e.g. Postman), performance testing (e.g. JMeter), CI/CD integration of tests, knowledge of BDD and familiarity with cloud environments are advantageous.
- Willingness to work up to 10% of the time at one of our client sites and to work the remaining days from the home office or one of our locations.
- Very good German language skills.
