About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conceptualize and design the user experience for a central digital portal.
Build and evolve a consistent, scalable design system.
Translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-centered solutions.
Apply established UX methods and design principles to develop sustainable user experiences.
Create interactive prototypes, particularly with Figma, to make concepts testable and tangible early on.
Plan, conduct, and analyze user interviews and usability tests, including deriving concrete optimizations.
Communicate UX concepts, design decisions, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and persuasive manner.
Collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams and communicate UX concepts to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or higher in UX Design, Interaction Design, or a comparable qualification.
Solid practical experience applying common UX methods and design principles.
Experience building and evolving design systems.
Practical experience planning, conducting, and analyzing user interviews and usability tests.
Experience creating interactive prototypes, preferably with Figma.
Business-fluent German and strong English skills.
Strong communication skills and a structured, self-directed way of working.
Nice to have: experience in healthcare and basic programming knowledge.
