About the role

  • End-to-end trade show organization: You will actively participate in the conception, planning, and execution of our trade show presence.
  • Coordination & communication: You will coordinate with service providers, the trade show organizer, internal departments, and partners.
  • Marketing and communication materials: You will assist in creating promotional materials, invitation campaigns, and presentations.
  • Updating and maintaining checklists (e.g., packing lists for trade show equipment).
  • Onsite support & follow-up: If the internship includes the trade show period, you will accompany the team to the event and help with on-site execution and post-event follow-up.

Requirements

  • Relevant field of study: You are studying Business Administration, Communications, Media, or a related field, ideally with a focus on Marketing.
  • Sustainability matters to you: Sustainability is more than a buzzword — it is a genuine concern for you.
  • Organizational talent with a creative eye: You enjoy organizing, have a good sense for language and design, and can keep an overview even during busy periods.
  • You work independently and reliably.
  • You enjoy teamwork and are willing to take responsibility.
  • Bilingual communication: You have strong written and spoken German and English skills; both are regularly required in our international environment.
  • First experience in event organization or trade show planning is a plus.
  • Confident use of MS Office and internet research — knowledge of Adobe/Affinity or Canva is an advantage.
