About the role
- Research and deploy AI-based approaches on simulation tools to facilitate AV algorithm development and validation
- Generate high-fidelity simulation scenarios
- Develop reasonably-behaving agents interacting with AV algorithms
- Develop AI-based methodology to evaluate simulation results
- Contribute to developing autonomous driving algorithms and evaluation systems to enhance and optimize AV technology
Requirements
- Strong expertise in at least one of these machine learning fields: prediction, computer vision, LLM, reinforcement learning; or strong skills in both algorithms and C++ coding
- Good communication skills
- Self-motivated and believe in the future of simulation for AV industry
- Rich experience in world model development (preferred)
- Rich experience in computer vision or lidar detection model (preferred)
- Rich experience in obstacle prediction/end-to-end AV model development (preferred)
- Rich experience in planning and control (preferred)
- Publications on top-tier conferences and journals (preferred)
